BONUS WEEKEND: The Psychology That Made Me a Millionaire
What I did after I lost everything.
In my first crypto bull run, I lost everything.
Wiped out.
No backup plan. No discipline. Just raw emotion and bad decisions.
But I didn't quit.
In my second cycle, I turned it all around.
Built it all back. Then some. Became a millionaire.
Now in this 2025 cycle, my mission is simple:
Change my followers' lives.
Not by feeding you hype.
Not by pretending every altcoin is going to 100x.
But by drilling into your head what actually matters.
Psychology.
Most of you reading this right now have no control over your emotions.
You chase pumps.
You panic when your bags are red.
You blame the market. The influencers. The devs. The whales.
You blame everyone except the person pressing the buttons.
Let me be real with you.
The market is not your enemy.
Your emotions are.
Today, I’m giving you the exact framework I use to fix broken psychology.
No fluff. No motivational quotes.
Just raw truth from someone who’s survived it.
Let’s go:
1. Beat Anxiety
Trading on your phone is emotional suicide.
Your screen is small. Your reactions are fast. Your brain is hijacked.
You will make decisions that cost you thousands.
Start by lowering the size of your trades.
Smaller positions. Lower stakes. Easier sleep.
Once you feel calm during your trades, slowly level up.
Anxiety fades when confidence grows.
Confidence grows with structured exposure.
2. Destroy Greed
You know what kills more traders than bear markets?
Greed.
That little voice that says
"One more pump… just hold a bit longer… double the size..."
Here’s what I do to kill that voice:
I pre-set all take profits.
I never over-leverage.
I write my rules before every session.
My rules:
I only trade clear set-ups.
I never chase.
I never change plans mid-trade.
I size according to risk, not emotion.
Follow your rules. Or go broke like the rest.
3. Become Patient
Impatience is what keeps you poor.
How many times have you said:
"Okay I’ll just enter now before it pumps."
And then it nukes.
The setup will always come again.
Price always returns to key levels.
Your job is to wait. Like a sniper.
Steps to build patience:
Have exact criteria for entries
Journal every trade you forced
Watch charts without trading
Reward yourself for sitting out
Being flat is a position. Learn that now.
4. Shake off Fear
You are scared to lose. That’s human.
But the only way to beat fear is to face it.
Enter small. Take a tiny loss. Survive.
Do that enough times and you will stop fearing losses.
You’ll start to understand them.
How to fix fear:
Know your risk before entering
Accept the worst-case before clicking
Use stop-losses religiously
Focus on process, not outcome
Fear fades when you know the cost and accept it in advance.
5. Beat Revenge Trading
This is what ruins careers.
You lose one trade and feel the need to win it back immediately.
That’s the devil whispering.
You are not a machine. You are human.
After a loss, walk away.
Go outside. Get some sun. Eat something.
Then come back and study the trade.
Ask:
Why did I enter?
Was my stop logical?
Was the setup even real?
Did I follow my plan?
Learn. Reset. Then return.
Only fools rush back into battle while still bleeding.
That’s it.
I don’t write this for likes or clout.
I write it because I want you to win this cycle.
But it won’t happen by luck.
It happens by discipline.
It happens by reprogramming the way you trade.
Most traders never master their mind. That’s why they vanish every cycle.
Not you.
Not if you stay in the war room with me and the other killers inside 9-5 Traders.
